FIELDS OF APPLICATION

VORMIOL is a highly effective form release agent suitable to apply to metal, wood and plastic formwork.

VORMIOL allows an easy stripping of and enables the production of high quality concrete surfaces with reduced blowholes, pores and spots.

WORKING PRINCIPLE

VORMIOL works chemically/physically and generates an excellent separating effect. The reduced adhesion between concrete and formwork minimises both damages on the produced concrete and on the formworks.

VORMIOL contains anti-corrosive additives which decrease the corrosion risk on steel moulds and allow an extended usage period of it.

DOSAGE | APPLICATION QUANTITY

Depending on the surface structure and its absorbing abilities the necessary amount might vary between 10 – 40 g/m² and has to be determined for each individual application.
